You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8ki account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 8ki immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 8ki will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
8ki may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including at account registration, before processing withdrawals, or when account activity triggers internal risk controls. Verification documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account not belonging to the registered 8ki player — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR or a competent Philippine court of jurisdiction.

Continued use of the 8ki platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
